About us

The origins of the Corporation date back to the year 2020 when, in the framework of the Covid 19 Pandemic, in a telephone conversation, the leaders Alejandro Montoya Sierra and Alveiro Enrique Quintero Gómez analyzed what was happening in the country, and concluded that it should be create spaces through which people could find out about country issues from a different perspective, but also be able to train and train in order to strengthen their leadership and thus empower them to assume a transformation process from which could recover their territories. As a result of this work, at the end of the first year they achieve excellent results reflected in:

• Creation of communication channels in the different Social Networks
• Creation and development of the programs, Context Analysis, with 24 editions, addressing different country issues.
• Virtually visiting all the regions of Colombia with the program, “Thinking the regions”, identifying needs and motivating leaders for transformational development
• Creation of the “Colombia Bicentenaria” Training School, which enrolled 160 people for the training process on the subject of Transformational Leadership
• Leadership, management and execution The LID Summit , an event that addressed issues of Leadership, Innovation and Development, in order to learn about development models that serve as inspiration and guidance to Latin countries. At the first summit, the invited country was Singapore and at the second El Salvador.
• Tour of some Latin American countries with the program “Pensando las Américas”, with guests from the countries of Venezuela, Panama and Argentina.
• Alliances and collaborative actions with National and International entities such as: Western Innovation Center, Libertank, Transformational Leadership Foundation (FUNDALID), Global Council of Nations, The Network for Territorial Development of El Salvador among others.

In this context, when analyzing the results at the end of the first year, the need was seen to formalize the process that began as a casual conversation, towards a figure that would generate a legacy in the country, this is how the PENSANDO COLOMBIA CORPORATION was born .
